Sr. ENGINEERING MANAGER/PRINCIPAL (NY Office) -
Immediate opening for Principal level New York Professional Engineer to oversee operations of our NYC office in lower Manhattan. The candidate will be offered an equity position in the firm. This individual is to implement the corporate mission and vision statements; facilitate efficient operation of NYC office by establishing goals, assigning tasks, and monitoring accomplishments; solicit, develop, and maintain clients; establish the firm’s marketing objectives; provide fiscal management and planning, including preparation of annual firm budget; oversee public and professional relations; and other corporate responsibilities as assigned by the President and Board of Directors for the NYC office and operations. Candidate must be a Professional Engineer licensed in NY; an advanced degree is desirable. ENGINEER/ SCIENTIST (NY Office) – We are currently seeking an engineer/scientist to fill a Technical Specialist position This individual will have a minimum of 2 to 4 years relevant experience in the NYC five boroughs with the application of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Investigations, NYC Dept of Environmental Conservation Spill Assessment & Closure Activities, and a knowledge & understanding of NY and NYC environmental regulations. Experience in Brownfields and/or remedial design is a plus, but not required. Candidate must possess either an Engineer-In-Training or a Professional Geologist certification, and exhibit proficiency in completing relevant projects from proposal phase to project close out with minimal supervision from senior staff; demonstrate strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities; demonstrate ability to follow direction and work in a team environment; possess excellent communication, writing, and organization skills; and have the ability to multi-task. PROJECT GEOLOGIST/HYDROGEOLOGIST (Princeton, NJ Office) - Immediate opening for a Project Geologist/Hydrogeologist with 5 - 8 years experience in hydrogeologic/environmental investigation and remediation. MS degree preferred.
The position requires experience in independent implementation and oversight of site investigation, groundwater monitoring and remedial design/remedial action. Required background includes expertise in hydrogeologic reconnaissance, characterization and interpretation. Familiarity with aquifer hydraulic testing/interpretation, borehole geophysics, fate and transport modeling, and in-situ chemical oxidation and bio-remediation are highly desirable.
Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills, knowledge of NJ, PA, and USEPA environmental regulations, and commitment to obtain professional licensure. ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST (Holicong, PA Office) - Immediate opening for an environmental professional with an interdisciplinary background in the environmental sciences (e.g., ecology, geology, chemistry). The successful candidate will support ongoing environmental investigation and remediation projects (CERCLA and PA/NJ), typically associated with waterways. Advanced degree in a related field required. A strong working knowledge of environmental processes (physical, chemical, and biological) and data analysis is essential. Experience in risk assessment, aquatic systems, and/or sediment management is a plus. Candidates must be highly organized with 2-5 years experience in environmental consulting. Excellent communication skills, including writing, and proficiency with software such as MS Excel, are required. Knowledge of ArcGIS software is a plus.

Immediate opening for individuals with 1+ years of experience and an interest in collecting and managing physical, chemical and biological data for a variety of projects in diversified habitats and settings in the Mid-Atlantic States. The successful candidate will have an environmental sciences background with emphasis in areas such as soils, hydrogeology, hydrology, ecological methods, analytical chemistry methods, GIS and basis statistics. This individual’s responsibilities will include participation in environmental due diligence projects, sampling design, selection of sampling methods, management and interpretation of environmental data, and the preparation of technical reports.
